Marc Wiener, Esq.

Marc is a native of the Bronx, N.Y. and grew up on Long Island, N.Y. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Ohio State University in 1972. Marc attended Vermont Law School from 1974 to 1977 receiving his Juris Doctor degree in May, 1977. He was admitted to the Vermont Bar in February, 1978 and started his own practice in 1979, engaging in the general practice of law. The practice became more and more real estate related, representing purchasers, sellers, local and out of state lenders and relocation companies in all aspects of real estate transactions. In addition to real estate, Marc assists his clients with business formations, wills, contracts and other transactional matters. He is an agent for First American Title Insurance Corporation and Stewart Title Insurance Corporation. The firm is an authorized closing agent for almost every major bank and mortgage lender in the U.S.

When not closing loans, Marc can be found chasing a golf ball around Vermont during our much too short summer or avoiding the trees while skiing the woods at our local resorts.
